Tours Dates 2025
TOUR 1
21 MAY - 4 JUNE 2025 (Fixed)
These dates are now fixed and, accommodation has been booked for the tour. Accommodation at the Piermont Hotel is not included, we suggest that once you have booked your flight, you book accommodation accordingly.
The current tour capacity is 12, three vehicles and four in each, which means we can only accommodate 10 guests.
Each vehicle has two roof top tents and each tent sleep 2. Therefore if you are travelling solo, you will have to share with someone.
CURRENTLY 2 PLACES LEFT
MONDAY 19 OR TUESDAY 20 MAY
Arrival in Johannesburg (JHB) , Monday or Tuesday and check into the Peermont Metcourt Hotel located at the OR Tambo Airport. It is at your discretion if you would like to arrive a day earlier to settle in and explore Johannesburg.
TUESDAY 20 MAY:
Arrival for some, for those who opted to fly in a day earlier, spend a day in JHB, includes shopping for food, snacks, alcohol etc. There will be an opportunity for those arriving on the Tuesday to purchase snacks etc.
WEDNESDAY 21 MAY
Check out of hotel, shuttle to Bushlore Africa and collect vehicles. Load up and depart for Botswana.
WEDNESDAY 4 JUNE
Return to JHB mid-afternoon Wednesday and return vehicles. Shuttle back to hotel.
THURSDAY 5 JUNE
Flight home or continue to Cape Town as per your booking.

AUGUST 2025
Dates are currently a little fluid, we are dealing with an African country, however we anticipate it will be close to dates listed below. The same applies to August as per May in terms of booking accommodation for arrival.

Arrival in Johannesburg (JHB) Wednesday or Thursday, and check into Peermont Metcourt Hotel located at the OR Tambo Airport. It is at your discretion if you would like to arrive a day earlier to settle in and explore Johannesburg. We will also purchase food, snacks, alcohol etc prior to tour departure.
FRIDAY 8 AUGUST
Check out of hotel, shuttle to Bushlore Africa and collect vehicles. Load up and depart for Botswana.
FRIDAY 22 AUGUST
Return to JHB mid-afternoon Friday and return vehicles. Shuttle back to hotel.
SATURDAY 23 AUGUST
Flight home or continue to Cape Town as per your booking.
